| Aims of the project |
- To give carers the confidence, knowledge and
resources to enjoy books with the children they care
for.

| How the project operates |
- Carers of primary aged children are invited to attend
five two hour sessions consisting of four teaching
sessions and one library visit.
- The course can be adapted to include
individual
requirements.
- Evaluation by participants and deliverers.

- A joint venture between Education, Social Services
and Libraries.
- Carers are remunerated for attendance.
- Carers have access to support
